What we collect
Only the email address you submit, plus the time of submission. Nothing else is collected, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this page.
Why
To administer the competition and to contact the four winners. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in running a fair draw. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing; we will not send promotional email unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
Storage & retention
Entries are stored on managed EU-hosted infrastructure with access restricted to the promoter. The entry list is never publicly readable. Email addresses are deleted within 90 days after the draw is completed.
Sharing
Your email address is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, other than the hosting provider that stores it on our behalf.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact the promoter at the fair stand or reply to any email you receive from us.
